Free delivery on all online purchases throughout Ireland on purchases over €25.

Orders generally take 2-3 days to arrive.

Patients that order regularly, we keep their contact lenses stock in stock and next day delivery is possible.

Many of our contact suppliers deliver the next day where orders are placed before lunchtime. We endeavor to get them out to you in the evening post on the day we receive them.

All deliveries are dispatched via An Post where possible in letter box size packages.

Standard shipping charge applies for International deliveries, and purchases under €25.

Generally, we reply to all our customer emails within 24 hours. There is also the call back option and we will return your call during office our hours at a time that is more convenient for you.

The conditions of return.

 

You may return, exchange or receive a refund on your glasses or contact lenses (un-opened) if you are unhappy with them for any reason, providing that the following conditions are met:

  • Normally, you need to let us know within fourteen days after they have been despatched (90 days for varifocals). The returned glasses need to reach us within 30 days of our original dispatch date.
  • Returns must be in their original condition and with all accessories included in your package (e.g. cases and clothes, contact lenses or any dry eye products unopened).

When you do return anything to us, we recommend that you obtain proof of postage from An Post, as we are unable to take responsibility for packages lost in post.

Your statutory rights in relation to returns and refunds are not affected.
